Megan B. shared this recipe with many variations. I was surprised just how good it is!
2 cups cooked chick peas
1 handful of fresh parsley (about 10 stalks)
2-4 cloves fresh garlic
3/8 tsp salt
½-3/4 cup Tahini (Sesame seed paste available at international food stores)
¼ to ½ cut water
Blend everything but the water in a food processor until very fine. Add enough water to make the Hummus the consistency of refried beans Serve with pita bread, radishes and cucumbers. Can also be used as a dip for crackers or chips.
