Emily H. submitted her mom's Lucinda J. recipe
1 can green beans, drained
1 can wax beans, drained
1 can red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
1 can garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
1 bermuda onion, thinly sliced (we can substitute dried onion for this, I think)
3 t. salt
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. salad oil
3/4 c. cider vinegar
Combine first 5 ingredients in large bowl. Whisk together remaining four ingredients in separate bowl. Combine vegetables and dressing. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Serve cold.
