Smoothie

¼ cup Tang or other fruit drink mix
¼ cup non-instant dry milk
2Tbsp sugar
1 ½ cups water
2 cups ice

Put water in blender. While blending, add the rest of ingredients. Blend until smooth. At this point you could add any kind of fruit variations that you like. For example, bananas, strawberries, pineapple, mango, peach, nectarine, blueberries, etc. If you add 1 cup yogurt you’ll have a delicious breakfast drink.
