1 lb. bacon, diced and browned
2 green peppers, diced
2 large onions, diced
½ cup prepared mustard
2-2/3 cups brown sugar
¾ cup cider vinegar
2-1/2 quarts cooked beans (any variety)
Brown green peppers, onions, and bacon together in pot. Drain excess grease. Add mustard, brown sugar, cider vinegar, and beans. Simmer and serve.
