Mix potato pearls as directed (1 cup pearls to 2 cups boiling water). Season as desired (onions, salt, pepper, paprika, bacon bits, etc.) Flour hands and form patties of potatoes. Dip patties in flour and fry in skillet coated with non-stick spray or vegetable oil. Serve warm.
