Taco Soup

Recipe submitted by Juanita Smith

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 cup onion
8 oz. tomato sauce
1 pkg. taco seasoning
28 oz. diced tomatoes with liquid
15 oz. kidney beans (may use canned or prepared dry beans)
1 can whole corn
1-2 cups water
Salt and pepper to taste

Brown beef and onion. Add other ingredients. Simmer...the longer the better.

Top with cheese and Serve with taco chips
