Everyone will love these!
2 cups pancake mix (just add water variety)
½ cup pumpkin puree – not canned pumpkin pie mix
1-2 teaspoon toasted wheat germ (optional – for
ded nutrition)
1 ½ cups water (more or less, to reach appropriate pan
cake batter consistency)
Mix all ingredients. Cook on hot griddle.
Serve with maple syrup or topping of your choice.
